About Bare Bones
Built to make the complicated more usable.
Bare Bones is the work of Erin and Scott.
Erin leads the nutrition practice, education and resource development. Scott helps give those ideas structure through business management and marketing. Together, they are building practical ways to learn about digestion and the broader systems that shape health.
Erin describes this approach as body environmentalism: lab values, symptoms and patterns help direct attention toward organ systems and pathways, then the question becomes what may support the internal environment.
Erin
Erin works with nutrition, digestion and motility while continuing to study how the nervous, immune, lymphatic and endocrine systems, movement and the tissue environment fit into the broader picture. Her work is practical, evidence-aware and guided by what changes over time.
Scott
Scott co-founded Bare Bones and carries much of the structure behind the work through business management and marketing, helping useful ideas find a practical path into the world.
Erin’s approach
Support the environment, not only the number.
Lab values, symptoms and daily patterns are clues. They can help direct attention toward organ systems and pathways while Erin considers digestion, absorption, transport, storage, use and clearance in context. Psychoneuroimmunology and applied neurology inform her ongoing learning, but are not titles or additional certifications.
