Deepen your understanding of digestion and gut repair with this interactive Group.  In this 60 mins together we will walk through the different phases of gut repair so you leave with a flexible understanding of how to implement at any point in life, not just while in the midst of symptoms.  The informative portion will take about 30 mins roughly and then the remainder of the time will be available for questions, connecting and open discussion with other group participants.
